That’s what I tell everyone who walks into the studio. I’m the photographer behind Imago2: I’ve been behind the camera for 25 years, and I’ve run the studio from Kentish Town for twenty.

My story

Art, music and people.

I studied philosophy, and I was always drawn to art and to the visuals around fashion and music. Photography brought all of that together. It’s visual, it’s interesting, and it lets you tell a story while connecting with people, so after my degree that’s what I set out to do.

I spent five years assisting London photographers before starting Imago2 twenty years ago. The studio is in Kentish Town because it’s a great space, and most of my clients are in London.

What I care about most is a good vibe and good results, and a great experience for everyone involved. That’s how I approach life, too. Shoots at the studio are fun and creative, and the pictures stay professional and true to what you had in mind. The job I enjoy most is working with people.
