Frequently asked questions

Can you shoot headshots at our office?

Yes, anywhere in London. I bring my own lighting and set up a temporary studio, so your team doesn’t need to travel.

Can you do a group photo as well as individual headshots?

Yes. A group photo can be shot in the same session, at the studio or at your office, as long as there’s room for everyone.

How is a team headshot shoot priced?

£95 an hour, with every image included, plus travel if I come to you. Tell me how many people and I’ll work out how much time we need.

How quickly do we get the headshots?

Unretouched images the same day by WeTransfer. Retouched headshots within three working days.

More about

Corporate Headshots

Corporate team headshots that match across the whole company

Team headshots only work when every person is lit, framed and backed the same way, so the team page reads as one company. I set the lighting once and keep it the same for everyone.

Office headshots on location in London

I can photograph your team at your office anywhere in London. I bring the lights and a backdrop and set up a temporary studio in a meeting room, and each person steps out of their day for a few minutes.

For China Mobile’s London team I did exactly that: individual headshots of everyone, all lit identically, plus a group photo of 20 people, shot at their offices. They booked again the following year.

All I need is a room with a little space for the lights, and a rough idea of how many people and when they’re free. A list of names in shooting order keeps things moving.

Executive headshots and casual business portraits

Not every firm wants the formal suit-on-grey look. We agree the style before the day: traditional and formal for a board or partner page, or relaxed and open-necked for a creative business, on a lighter background or with some of the office behind.

Senior staff often need more than one picture. A tight headshot for the website, and a looser half-length portrait for press, annual reports or speaking events. If we allow the time, I’ll shoot both while they’re in front of the camera.

Ask your team to bring a plain top or shirt that fits your dress code, and avoid bold patterns and logos. If everyone sticks to a similar tone, the finished page looks calmer and more consistent.
